• Never mix old batteries and new ones.
• Never leave dead batteries in the battery compartment: to
avoid outflow liquid that could damage the dictionary chips.
Replacing the battery:
a) Turn off the machine.
b) Slide off the battery door. It joints translator case.
c) Remove the old batteries and install 2
× AAA batteries in
the correct polarity corresponding to the symbol indicated
inside the battery compartment.
d) Make sure that the batteries make a good contact with
the metal plates.
e) Cover the battery door.
APPEARANCE AND THE RESET KEY
If the translator has an abnormal display due to improper
use, we recommend using a thin and pointed object to press
the
[RESET] hole to reset the translator. After that action all
information including user dictionary, history, settings will be
cleared.
