INSTALLING THE SYSTEM
The Touch L system must be secured to the wall as described in this section to eliminate risk of injury or damage. It is
required that the system be installed by two people. One person must be holding the system at all times, ensuring that
it does not fall whilst the other prepares it for install.
Before installing the system you must ensure the following…
•
The system is switched off and not yet connected to the mains.
•
The fused mains spur is safe and ready for use with the Traka Touch system.

REMOVING THE CABLE ACCESS PANELS (EXT. CABINETS ONLY)
If your system does not have extension cabinets you can skip this section.
Before you secure your cabinets to the wall you will need to remove the panel on the left hand side of each cabinet
except for the one that will be on the very end on the left. This is to allow a cable to run between each system.
1.
Using a 7mm socket or equivalent, remove the four nuts on the inside left of the cabinet. The panel can then be
removed from the outside.
