Troubleshooting
1. LCD screen does not show
anything.
- The battery level may be low.
Check if the battery is discharged and
remaining battery.
2. Can not record
- The HOLD switch may be in ON position.
Check if the HOLD switch is on and
Release/Off the HOLD switch.
- User may have used up all available file
numbers or memory capacity. Check if the
memory capacity is already fully used.
Delete or erase unused/unnecessary files.
- The battery level may be low.
Check if the battery is discharged and
remaining battery.
3. Can not play
- The HOLD switch may be in ON position.
Check if the HOLD switch is on and
Release/Off the HOLD switch.
- Make sure that user have a file to play.
- Check if the folder and file number.
- The battery level may be low. Check if the
battery is discharged and remaining battery.
4. Cannot hear anything from my
earphone.
- Check if the volume lever to see if it is set to
0(zero).
Adjust the volume level.
- Make sure that userr earphone is correctly
connected to the player.
Make sure that userr earphone is securely
plugged into the player.
5. The button/key does not work or
cause malfunction.
- Press re-set button the back side of player.
- The power turns off and turns on
automatically.
