3. Product Installation
A. Hardware Installation
Network Connector:
The RJ-45 connector allows connect the Ethernet cable.
Power Jack:
To connect the included power adapter.
Audio Out:
The 3.5mm jack allows connect to an earphone or amplified
speaker, you can hear the voice of the remote site from the
earphone or speaker.
SD Card Slot (on the
side of camera):
Insert a SD card if you want to do the event recording (video
only) in the camera.
Antenna Connector:
Available for the Wireless model. To connect the included
wireless antenna.
Digital I/O (the terminal
block on rear panel):
Digital In and Digital Out.
1. Connect the cable of Digital I/O and Audio output if you want to use these
functionalities.
2. Connect the wireless antenna for the Wireless camera.
3. Connect Ethernet cable for network connection.
4. Connect power adapter to turn on the camera.
5. If the camera is PoE model, the power adapter is not necessary. The camera will get
the power from the PoE injector or PoE switch.
