It is very important for you to know the electric scooter: read and understand this
manual before the first use.

This operating manual is part of the scooter, keep it for future reference. If the
scooter is sold, the manual must be delivered to the next owner.

besides from being forbidden by law, void vehicle compliance and approvals,
