RCI: Recording Interval
$PASHS,RCI,f
Sets the value of the interval at which raw data messages will be recorded or output,
where f is any number between 0.2 and 999 in seconds, depending upon the raw data
update rate option installed (Table 6.27). Default is 20.0.
