4.13 Programmable Logic control
The Basic version of ADR241B relay provides total 8 nos. of target & programmable dual
colour LEDs indication. The LEDs can be programmed either through HMI or through PC
software (RTV2 software).
The ADR241B also provides with the programmable control for circuit breaker close and
open through relay HMI or through RTV2 software.
4.13.1 Digital Input (DI):
There are 8 nos. Programmable Optically Isolated Digital Input marked as Opto I/P 1 to Opto
I/P 8. These inputs are used to sense different external field inputs such as CB close, CB
open etc these inputs can also be programmed for function such as external reset, Activate
Group2 etc. by using RTV2 Software. The Opto I/P can be assigned to any function from
AProLogic menu. The function can be assigned to any input by assigning the values to them
are 0 or 1 i.e. 0 = not assigned and 1 = assigned. The detail list of logical / physical signals
which are available in AproLogic are given in 4.13.4
4.13.2
Digital Output (DO):
There are 8 nos. of Programmable Trip duty Digital Output having changeover contacts
marked as RL1 to RL8 and 8 Programmable Dual colour LED marked as L1 to L8.
The various logical and physical flags can be assign to output relay (DO) the following
diagram explain the assignment process to relay either by relay user interface or RTV2
Software.
