Tips & Troubleshooting
Ensure that you hear a CLICK when attaching pump to pouch.
Ensure that the valve clip is installed to secure the check valve.
Prevent pouch leaks:
Use the internal valve to deliver even portions when product
dispensed has particulates such as seeds.
Portions inconsistent?
Remove the gaging collar(s) to prime. Reinstall gaging collar(s)
once product has been drawn up to discharge valve.
Difficulty priming pump?
Setting the Portion
Portions are set by adding portion
ring and portion clip(s) to the
stem of the plunger.
Remove the knob.
Slide portion ring down onto
plunger stem.
Snap the knob back onto the top
of plunger.
To add a portion ring:
Snap portion clip onto the side of
plunger stem.
