or 16-port FS4016E Fast Ethernet Switch

(1) AC power cord for FS4008E or FS4016E

(1) Receptacle-mount AC/DC converter for FS4002E or FS4004E)

(4) Self-adhesive rubber feet

(1) Wall-mount kit (FS4002E, FS4004E and FS4008E only) which
includes two pan-head #10x3/4 screws and two plastic screw anchors
