7. How to Analyze Body Fat

7-2. After finish the setting, scale indicate “0.0”. Take off your shoes and socks , stand on
the platform for weighing before the scale automatic turn off. make sure good contact
between bare feet and the metal electrodes
7-3. Waiting for the body weight display stably. Do not step down the platform when other
values haven’t occurred.
7-4. After a while a measurement, 4 “0” disappear one by one from left to right. Wait until
other values occur.
