Note:
•  Plug the charger into your vehicle’s 12 V socket*. Never charge

the battery for more than 30 hours; this could seriously drain
and/or damage your vehicle battery.

•  Give the lantern a full charge if it is to be stored and not to be

used for a long time.

•  If the storage temperature is:

-

10 ºC or lower, charge the battery every 6 months.

-

10–27 ºC, charge the battery every 3 months.

-

27–40 °C, charge the battery every 2 months.

•  The battery needs to be fully charged from time to time; the

capacity of the battery will deteriorate if it is merely charged for
short periods at a time.

* Some vehicles have the 12 V socket connected to the ignition
which means the socket has no power when the ignition is off.
The lantern’s charging current is only 180 mA but don’t forget that
there may be other electrical components in your vehicle which
consume power when the ignition is on. Read your vehicle's
handbook if you are unsure.

Turn the on/off knob clockwise to
turn the lantern on.

Turn the on/off knob
anticlockwise to turn
the lantern off.
