ARZUM
• Never leave the power base unit and electrical connection ends of your
device in a damp state. If wetted, unplug before drying and no not operate
the appliance before having it dried completely.
• When filling with water remove the kettle from its power base unit.
• You can clean the outer surface of the kettle with a damp cloth. Make
sure that the power base unit is completely dry when cleaning.
WARNING
• Do not open the ON/OFF switch when the
kettle does not contain water, or filled with water
below the minimum (0,5 Lt. limit.)
• When the water is finished inside of the kettle
the ON/OFF switch must be turned off.
USING THE KETTLE
• Do not use the kettle for any other purposes other than boiling water. Do
not fill with any other liquids or solutions.
• If the kettle is being used for the first time,
clean it before operation and pour away the first
boiled water and refill, repeating this process 2-3
times. Ensure that the water is filled up to the
MAX point. Boil the water until the appliance is
switched off automatically.
• Pour away the water and allow your appliance to cool down.
• Make sure that the water is filled up to the maximum level.
• After boiling the water, some powder-like sediment may form due to the
hardness of the water. This is quite natural and has no adverse effects
whatsoever on human health.
• With the ON/OFF switch turned on “I”, the lid of
the kettle MUST be closed.
• Turn the main switch (on/off switch) to
the position “I“. Indicator light will turn on and
the water will begin to get warm. When the
water reaches boiling the kettle will switch off
automatically and the main switch will spring
back to the original position.
• Avoid actions that may harm or damage the cord or plug of your device.
Do not carry your appliance by holding from the cord. To unplug the heater,
hold the plug and
NEVER
pull by the cord.
• Never interfere with your appliance except for the purposes of cleaning
and maintenance. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord
or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any
manner, such as by dropping down, etc. Do not attempt to repair it by
yourself. Call immediately a
Arzum Authorized
Service.
• Always hold your appliance by its handle. Its
outer surface may be hot.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before
cleaning. Allow it to cool down before cleaning
the appliance.
- Use your
Arzum Bollente Concealed Heating
Kettle
with its own power base unit only. Do
not place it on those belonging to any other
appliance.
- The kettle will switch off automatically when
the water reaches boiling. However, if you want
to switch off before boiling you can do this
manually turning the ON/OFF switch to the
position “0”.
• If you wish to re-boil the water, allow it to cool
down for about 15-20 seconds before starting
your appliance.
• If the kettle ever runs dry while operating, a safety cut-off device will
automatically cut the power off. In such a case, you must allow it to cool
down completely before refilling with cold water.
• Avoid contact with steam to be ejected from spout when the water is
boiling, and do not let children to use the appliance.
• Never open the lid while the water is boiling. Always take care to pour
boiling water slowly and carefully without tipping the kettle to fast.
• Do not fill above MAX mark.
• Never immerse the appliance, power base unit, or electric plug in water or
other liquids, nor wash in a washing dish machine, nor use in bathroom or
any other places with a high rate of moisture.
