MVME7616E Transition Module Installation and Use (6806800A43F)

P2 Signal Multiplexing (P2MX)

Because of a limited number of pins on the P2 connector, both the VME processor board and 
the MVME761 transition module multiplex and demultiplex some of the P2 signals. This 
function, called P2MX is transparent to the software and the user.
