Step 3: Have the other person place the second leg with the 
Arteflame badge, notch facing down, over the first leg and slide it 
straight down so that the two notches slide into each 
other.  Gently push the legs until both legs fit into the holes of 
the footer.

Make sure the star formed at the top is level by ensuring the tabs of the legs 
are fully seated  into the footer
