A statutory warranty applies for this product.

storage, improper connection or installation, as well as force or other external
influences are not covered by this warranty. We recommend careful reading of
the operating instructions as it contains important information.

1. In case this product does not function correctly, please firstly check if
there are other reasons, e.g. for electrical appliances interruption of the
power supply, or generally incorrect handling are the cause.

5. Troubleshooting
Problem

does not start.
Power plug (7) is
not connected to an
electrical outlet.
Connect the power plug (7) to a
suitable electrical outlet. Make
sure to plug it in tightly.
Door is not fully closed.
Close the door and make sure
the door safety lock (1) locks into
place.
TIME dial (8) was
not turned or set to a
cooking time under 10
minutes.
Turn the TIME dial (8). If you
want to set a cooking time under
10 minutes, turn the TIME dial (8)
past 10 minutes, then turn it back
anticlockwise to the desired time.
Food is
undercooked.
Selected power level/
time is not high/long
enough.
Select higher power setting/
longer time setting.
Food is
overcooked.
Selected power level/
time is too high/long.
Select lower power setting/
shorter time setting.
Storage

Before storage, always make sure that the appliance is completely dry.

Store the appliance in a cool, dry place, protected from moisture and out
of the reach of children.
