Set the Region (language) and choose Fahrenheit/Celsius

Click on the General Settings 

Panel.

The default language setting will be based on the region your iPad is set to.

 

Choose Celsius or Fahrenheit in 

the Temperature Panel.

 

Choose the language in the 

Languages Panel.
