The two seconds indicators of your watch rotate
in opposite directions (clockwise and anti-clock-
wise). Brief pressure on the pushpiece at two
o’clock enables the two seconds indicators to be
reinitialised and synchronised.
Lengthy pressure causes the movements to stop
momentarily. They begin to work again when the
pushpiece is released.
Despite the positive effect of resonance on the
accuracy of your watch, de-indexing of the two
movements is a normal occurrence. They need
some time to enter into resonance and certain
shocks or sudden movements may interfere with
the phenomenon. A short time (not more than
10 minutes) is needed for resonance of the two
oscillators to be restored.
