7.5.
USB keyboard/mouse/gamepad is not working
Gamepads and joysticks should be plugged before turning on the Armiga for them to
be properly detected.
● Make sure the device is firmly plugged.
● If it is firmly plugged, unplug it and plug it again.
● If you can’t still use the device, turn you Armiga off and, after 5 seconds, turn it
back on with the device plugged in.
● If the problem persists, please test the device with a computer to make sure it’s
working.
● If the device is working and still does not work with the Armiga, please contact
us.
7.6.
The Armiga is not reading a disk
● Armiga does only support Double Density (DD) disks. For reading Amiga games on
High Density (HD) disks, the HD hole must be covered.
● Only Amiga 500 disks are supported by the moment.
● Copy protected disks are not supported by the moment.
● Extract the disk from the Armiga and test it in a Amiga 500 to make sure the
diskette is working.
● If it’s working, turn your Armiga off and after 5 seconds turn it on again.
● Wait another 5 after the Armiga Menu appears and insert the disk.
● Don’t launch any game while dumpling the disk.
● If the disk is still not read, please contact us.
Please keep in mind some old disks may need several attempts before they are successfully
read.
7.7.
A game is not working
● Please use our Game Test form to report it.
