Les moteurs Perkins sont utilisés dans les tracteurs de
séries Fruit Garden.
N’effectuez aucune manœuvre sur le moteur lorsqu’il est
en marche. Vous devez nettoyer régulièrement le filtre à air
et vérifier le niveau d’huile du moteur ainsi que le système
antigel avant de démarrer le tracteur.
Vérification du niveau d’huile
Garez le tracteur sur une surface plane pour vérifier le niveau
d’huile du moteur. Patientez 15 minutes pour laisser l’huile
se déposer dans le carter d’huile lorsque le tracteur a été
mis à l’arrêt tout récemment. Retirez la jauge et remettez-la
en place après l’avoir essuyée à l’aide d’un chiffon propre.
Vérifiez le niveau d’huile en retirant la jauge à nouveau. Le
niveau d’huile recommandé est représenté par le marqueur
supérieur qui indique le niveau maximal. L’ajout d’huile
n’est pas nécessaire jusqu’à ce que le niveau d’huile baisse
et passe en dessous de la marque inférieure indiquant le
niveau minimal. Si le niveau d’huile atteint le marqueur de
niveau minimal, ajoutez la quantité d’huile requise selon la
liste des recommandations.
