TROUBLESHOOTING 

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS 

SPECIFIC 

REPAIR 

Not eject the disk tray 

- The power-source cable not plug in 

Plug the power-source cable in 

The device not playing 

- Not have disc in drive 
- Disc placed in opposite side 
- Disc is too dirty or scratched 

- Put disc in drive 
- Select the correct disc side 
- Clean disc or change disc 

No audio 

- Not connect to Audio cable 
- Amplifier not operate 
- Disc is too dirty or scratched 

- Connect to  Audio cable 
-Check Power key and Volume of Amplifier 
- Clean disc or change disc 

No picture 

- Not turn on TV or incorrect Video 
mode 
- Not picture disc 
- Not connect to Video port 
- Picture signal wire broken 

- Turn on TV, select right Video port 
- Replaced by picture disc 
- Connect to Video port

Picture moving up/down

- Place battery incorrectly or low

- Incorrect angle to receive signals 
 

- Check the battery or replace the new

- Ensure that there are no obstacles 
between the device and remote control 
- Reduce the distance under 10m
