INSTRUCTIONS
Dear Client,
The Ariete GRATì electrical rechargeable grater will soon become an indispensable kitchen aid which will
notably simplify the preparation of grated cheese allowing you to always have fresh grated cheese on hand
with no waste. Designed to grate any kind of hard cheese as well as not excessively soft cheese,
Gratì can also be used to grate chocolate, dry bread, almonds, nuts etc.
Today Gratì is still easier to clean because it can be completely disassembled and the side closing plug
makes it more hygienic.
The GRATì electrical rechargeable grater works in connection with a mains power supplied recharge base.
The model's particular feature is that in case the battery has not been recharged and there are no outlets in
the vicinity, the provided crank located within the recharge base can be used.
RECHARGE BASE
The recharge base has the function of recharging the removable battery located in the handle of the applian-
ce and is doubly convenient in that it is also useable as a resting stand for the appliance when it is not being
used; it must therefore be placed near a power outlet.
As mentioned above, a crank is also located in the recharge base, thus making it possible to use the
appliance manually as well.
The base is a practical resting stand for the Gratì both horizontally and vertically (Fig.1).
To use it vertically place the base in the desired location and mark the points to be drilled in the holes with
a pencil. Drill holes in the walls and introduce the dowels and screws (Fig.2).
