Ultrasound can occur in a multitude of processes, for example:
- At steam traps
- At leaking valves, gate valves, shut-offs, taps in line systems
- At leakages in compressed air, steam or vacuum systems
- At defective roller bearings
- At pumps or compressors in case of cavitation
