To set the media stream invert, include flip

bFlip
[in] Flag that indicates whether to ENABLE(TRUE) or DISABLE(FALSE) media stream invert of
upside down.
bMirror
[in] Flag that indicates whether to ENABLE(TRUE) or DISABLE(FALSE) media stream invert of
left to right.
Returned Values
If the action succeeds, the returned value is E_FUNC_SUCCEED . If the action fails, possible returned values are
E_FUNC_ERROR , E_FUNC_PAR_ERROR .
