Audio_SetVolume
This function sets the current volume setting.

Parameters
dwVolume
[in] Specifies a new volume setting. The default setting is 0x99999999.
Return Values
If function succeeds, the return value is
E_FUNC_SUCCEED
. If function fails, the return value is
E_FUNC_ERROR
.
