API_GoodRead
This function plays a sound when buzzer indication of scan module is enable and flashes the
goodread LED when the LED indication of scan module is enable.

None.
Remarks
Use API_GoodRead() to indicate user barcode data is scanned. The buzzer indication
of scan module can be set by scan configuration program in control panel. The LED
indication of scan module can be set by SCAN_SendCommand() function. If buzzer
and LED indication are disable, the API_GoodRead will do nothing.
