Error Code
Error Code of Hard Disk Drive
On the top left corner of the screen, when “HDD FATAL ERROR – ##” (## represents the
error code) appears, please check the following chart for the solution :
Code Solution
01 ~ 02 : These occur when the hard drive inside the player is not a certified disk by
the manufacturing company.
03 : The hard drive is malfunctioning or has the incorrect jumper setting. Check
the hard drive and do not set it as “Slave”.
04 : The partition of the hard drive is wrong. Please format the first “Primary”
partition with NTFS or FAT32 file system.
10 ~ 15 : Please reformat the hard drive when these occur.
Error Code of “DVD on HDD” Playback
On the top left corner of the screen, when “DVD CORRUPTED – ##” (## represents the
error code) appears, please check the following chart for the description:
Code Description
1 File group error, the correct range of the group is VTS_01 ~ VTS_99
2 VTS_##_0.IFO is not found
3 VIDEO_TS.IFO is error
4 The file size is error
5 The amount of title is error
6 The amount of chapter is error
7 The amount of cell is error
8 The address of the movie is error
9 The information of audio or subtitle is error
10 The hard disk drive needs to be defragmented
11 The amount of title does not match the record
12 The amount of file is error
13 The amount of angle is error
