Prepare the left end

Tap a wooden dowel  

into the left end      .

Note:

 Wooden dowels 

must not

 stick out from 

the edge by more than 

10mm or they may 

damage other panels.

Insert 7 large locking

nuts      into the left end      

.    .

Note: 

The arrow on the 

locking nut 

must

 point 

towards the hole in the 

edge of the panel.

Screw 4 metal dowels      

into the left end      .

Note:

  Tighten the metal 

dowels up fully against 

the panels.

Push a rail holder      into 

the left end      . Make 

sure that it is fitted 

straight, in line with the 

panel edges and then 

secure with screw     .

Prepare the right end

into the right end      .

Insert 7 large locking

right end      . 

Screw 4 metal dowels      

into the right end      .

Push a rail holder      into 

the right end       and 

then secure with screw     .
