Step 1

Fitting metal dowels
Screw metal dowels
into panel
Note:
Insert metal dowels as
far as shown.
Repeat for the other five panels
Do not over tighten.
Fitting hinge plates
Screw hinge plates into
panel
Note:
Unscrew centre screw
on hinge plate before attaching
to panel (see illustration)
Repeat for the other five panels
Do not over tighten
Do not use power/electric screw drivers to attach the hinge plates.
Please use a normal screw driver to attach it gently as shown here.
DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE SCREWS AS IT WILL STRIP OUT THE HOLES.

Fitting metal cams
Press metal cams firmly
into holes in the top/base
Repeat for the other five
panels.
Press metal cams firmly
into holes in the shelf
Repeat for the other two panels.
