Note:

as far as shown.

Do not over tighten.

Locate the 'mating' 

panel over the Cam Leg.

Insert the Cam so the 

longer 'slot' is pointing 

towards the Cam Leg.

Use a Flat Bladed 

Screwdriver to turn Cam 

clockwise as far as it will go

The final 'locked' position will 

be more than half a turn.
