When your pet sits on the mat, the inner cooling gel will absorb their body temperature and keep them cool for up
to three (3) hours.
The mat will need about 15-20 minutes to recharge itself and be ready for cooling again.
For faster cooling re-adjustment, you can briefly place the mat in the refrigerator until it reaches desired coolness.
CLEANING/MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
• Regularly clean your cooling mat by using warm soapy water or warm water with a mild, highly-diluted detergent.
• Wipe with a soft dry cloth.
• Do NOT machine wash or boil mat.
• Do NOT use a dryer to dry the mat.
• Ensure that the mat is dry before storing.
• Cover mat when in storage to avoid mildew buildup.
• Hand-smooth any bumps when folding mat for storage.
