Note: Do not use scrubbing brushes or chemical cleaning agents to clean the
appliance.
10. Cleaning and Care
1. Remove the lid and the frying basket.
Caution!: Before cleaning the fryer, make sure that it is disconnected from the
socket, and the appliance as well as the oil have cooled down completely. The
oil remains hot for a long period after use. Do not try to carry or move the fryer
while the oil is still hot.
2. Wait for the fryer to cool down and remove the operating elements and
the heating element.
3. Remove the oil pan and pour the oil out. It is advisable to filter the oil after
each use, if you want to reuse the oil.
4. After removing the oil pan, the fryer can be divided into several separate
assemblies for cleaning.
5. The oil pan, the outer wall, as well as the frying basket and the handle can
be put in the dishwasher for cleaning
6. The control box and the heating element should be wiped using absorbent
paper towels. Then use a damp cloth and a mild soap for cleaning.
Caution!: Do not immerse the control box and the heating element in water for
cleaning.
