As long as the temperature display is flashing, another temperature can be
changed/selected. The heating process starts automatically after 4 seconds of in
-
activity or if no other button is pressed. Alternatively, it can be started immediately
by pressing the "ON/OFF" button.
If the process was started, the currently measured temperature is shown at the top
of the display. This means that you can always keep track of the progress.
Important: If you find that the heating element is switching off even though the tar
-
get temperature has not been reached, then this is not an error. The kettle carries
out intermediate measurements and can better control the temperature profile.
5.3 Keep warm function – Heat the water and keep it warm for 30 minutes
(40/80/90°C).
The Keep warm function keeps the water warm at the previously set target tem
-
perature (40/80/90 ° C) for 30 minutes.
Note: The keep warm function is not provided at 100°C for technical reasons.
To put the kettle into the keep warm mode, the display must be active first (large
temperature display is visible). Press the "MODE" button once briefly.
The kettle flashes the currently selected temperature and shows the "BOIL" mode
on the display. To now activate the keep warm mode, press and hold the "MODE"
button again.
The display changes from "BOIL" to "WARM". The kettle has now been successfully
changed to the keep warm function.
The following temperatures are available for selection: M1 - 40°C, M2 - 80°C and
M3 - 90°C.
