- No power supply. 
 
 
- Device not switched on. 
 
 
- Pump wheel blocked. 
 
 
- Error in the electronics. 
- Suction valve is not in the 
water.

- Suction line damaged or 
connection leaking, suction line 
not laid down. 
- Suction valve leaking or 
clogged, strainer clogged. 
- Too high suction height or 
discharge head.

- Check socket, cable, line, plug, 
if necessary repair by 
electrician. 
- Switch on the device at the 
ON/OFF switch (switch to 
position I). 
- Possibly dirty pump: Rinse the 
pump with clean water, call 
customer service if necessary. 
- Contact customer service. 
- Immerse the suction valve in 
the water (at least 11.8 in (30 
cm)). 
- Fill the pump before starting, 
check the reflux valve on the 
suction side. 
- Check suction line for 
damage, check inclination of 
suction line. 
- Clean the suction valve and 
the strainer. 
- Check suction height and 
discharge head. 
- Open the pressure-side cutoff 
(taps, nozzles, etc.). 
- Have the seal replaced by an 
authorized specialist. 
- Repair or replace the engine. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The electric motor is not 
running. 

- No power supply. 
- The fan cover obstructs the 
rotation of the impeller. 
 
 
 
 
- Pressure switch set 
incorrectly. 
- Motor shaft blocked. 
 
- Capacitor is defective.

- Motor defective 

- Check the power supply. 
- Disconnect the power plug, 
remove the fan cover with a 
screwdriver, and replace it by 
gently disconnecting the 
impeller to check that it is free 
to rotate. 
- Contact customer service. 
 
- Check the cause and free the 
pump from the blockage. 
- Contact customer service. 
- Disconnect the power plug 
and use a screwdriver to move 
the shaft through the fan cover. 
If the shaft is blocked, send it to 
an authorized specialist for 
inspection. 
- Repair or replace the motor. 

 
 
 

Inadequate water discharge. 

- Too large suction height (over 
23 ft (7 m)). 
- Suction valve leaking or 
clogged, strainer clogged. 

- Select the suction height 
smaller. 
- Clean the suction valve and 
the strainer.
