Operation:
Every time one wants to increase the power level
of a zone, the system automatically calculates total power.
Once the maximum allowed power level that can be set is
reached, the display in the zone being used shows the letter
"r"
after which it automatically sets the lower power level
allowed. It is possible to use multiple zones at the same time,
keeping the respective levels so that total power does not
exceed what is allowed.

Cooktop ignition:
- Verify that the
"B1"
LED is off before turning on the
equipment; otherwise turn it off by pressing the
"B"
key
button for about 2 seconds.
- Next, select the
"A"
button.
- An acoustic signal "BEEP" is emitted after which zeros appear
on all displays
"L"
. If no operation is performed within this time
interval, the hob switches off.
Heating plate ignition:
- It is possible to ignite a heating plate by selecting one of the
"E+"
or
"E-"
button.
- With the "E-" button the power level reaches 9 directly.
- To adjust the desired power level, select the
"+"
or
"-"
buttons
of the interested zone.
- If, after about 10 seconds, no operation is completed, the
hob will continue its normal cooking.
- If the power level is set at zero, the cooking zone will shut
off.
Shutting off the heating plates:
- It is possible to shut off a heating plate by pressing the
"E+"
and
"E-"
buttons simultaneously or by selecting the
"E-"
button and bringing the power level to zero.
- Each operation will be accompanied by a "BEEP" acoustic
signal.
Warning:
To prevent damage being inflicted on the electronic circuits,
the hob is fitted with an overheating safety system.In
situations where the appliance is used at high power levels for
a prolonged period of time, the hob may switchoff one or more
of the activated zones temporarily, until the temperatures
return to the set levels. The display of the zone temporarily
shut off will show a
"C"
alternated with the power level. Once
the temperatures are back within the limits, a flashing letter
"C"
will appear.
Timer (Fig.3T):
This function sets the auto turn-off time (from 1 to 99 minutes)
for the selected heating plates.
- To activate it, press the
"T1"
or
"T2"
button.
- Two zeros will appear on the Timer display.
- A flashing
"t"
will appear on the display of the zones.
- Select the zone where the Timer is to be inserted, using the
"E+"
or
"E-"
buttons. The LED positioned close to the display
of the zones will start flashing if the zone is off, if the zone is
on, the LED is fixed.
- The Timer display will start flashing.
- Adjust the time using the
"T1"
or
"T2"
buttons, bringing it
up to a maximum of 99 minutes.
- By pressing the
"T1"
button the time goes directly to 99.
- If wanting to scroll through the digits displayed quickly, press
on of the two
"T1"
or
"T2"
buttons for a few seconds.
- After about 10 seconds from the last operation, the LED and
the previously selected Timer display will stop flashing and the
countdown will begin. During the last minute the remaining
seconds are displayed.
- Once time is completed, the cooking zone shuts off and at
the same time the Timer display will start flashing showing
two zeros.
- The LED of the cooking zone is accompanied by a "BEEP"
acoustic signal for about 1 minute. Pressing any button stops
the acoustic signal.
- The Timer can be cancelled at any time.
- Pressing the
"T1"
and
"T2"
buttons simultaneously or by only
selecting the
"T1"
button until the Timer displays two zeros.
- By cancelling the Timer before it is complete, the zone will
continue to cook at the previously set level.
- The Timer can only be activated on one zone at a time.
Note:
If the Timer is activated with the cooking zones set
at level zero, after about one minute the key function
"B"
activates automatically, signalled by the
"B1"
led switching
on. One must press the
"B"
button to deactivate the function
and continue cooking.
Power limitation:
The hob is has four burners, it is equipped with a power
limitation system at 7200, 2800, 3500 or 6000 Watts.
The product can be set up with the following instructions:
- Disconnect and reconnect the appliance to the domestic
power supply.
- Select the
"B"
button within 30 seconds after the reconnec-
tion to the domestic power supply.
- With the hot turned off, select the
"E1+, E1-, E4+ and E4-"
buttons simultaneously.
- After the "BEEP" acoustic signal, the letters
"Po"
will appear
on the Timer display, while the
"E1"
and
"E4"
displays will
show hob power.
- Press the
"E1-"
or
"E1+"
buttons on the
"E1"
and
"E4"
display, all possible levels the hob can be set at will appear in
sequence.
