Maintenance
Disconnect the plug from the power socket before carrying out any
cleaning and maintenance operations. To replace any part of the product,
contact an authorized service centre. Disconnect the appliance before
carrying out cleaning. For the cleaning of the main part, use a small brush
or a soft, slightly damp cloth. For the cleaning of the insect-collecting
tray use a detergent-based degreasing product. To remove the storage
box, unlock the security screw and turn the box counterclockwise. Clean
it and then place it again in the same position, turning it clockwise.
Lock the security screw again. Do not use petrol, alcohol, insecticide
or any other chemical product to clean the appliance. When cleaning
the product, this must be carried out with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use
any substances, liquids or excessively wet cloths; in the case of any
infiltration into the appliance, it could cause irreparable damage.
NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER.
turning the lamp in the direction of doors, windows or other openings
to the outside so as to avoid attracting other unwanted insects. Keep
the appliance on during the night to exert a real disinfestations of the
insects. Always disconnect the plug after the use.
ON/OFF: switch on the product while pressing the ON/OFF button at the
top of the appliance.
Twilight sensor: the product is equipped with a light sensor that
automatically turns on (at night) and off (during the day) the appliance
depending on the brightness of the environment. To activate this
function, turn the product ON using the ON/OFF button and remove the
sensor cover on the top of the unit. The light sensor function is activated
automatically. To deactivate the light sensor function, cover the light
sensor with the proper cover.
