Instructions for use
Position the grater so that the switches (1-2) are located in front of the
operator.
Position the collection container (5) correctly.
Insert the plug into the power outlet, place the product to be grated in
the work tray (3), close the pressure lever (4) and press the green power
button (2).
CAUTION: the pressure lever (4) is equipped with a microswitch that
stops the machine each time it is opened.
In this case close the lever again, press the button (1) and restart the
grater by pressing the green button (2).
Avoid operating the grater when empty.
To prevent the appliance from overheating, respect the maximum
continuous time of 5 minutes and make sure it has cooled down before
restarting it again.
Good grating quality is obtained by pressing the handle lightly in a
uniform manner.
The grater can grate bread, cheese, nuts, chocolate, etc.
It is recommended that you do not grate soft cheeses or products.
If the motor blocks during operation, immediately open the pressure
lever and close it again slowly.
If the motor does not restart, open the lever again, switch off the appliance
and empty the work tray.
Switch the appliance back on and retry grating.
Maintenance
Switch off the appliance and always disconnect the plug from the power
outlet before cleaning the machine
Do not ever use flammable products or corrosive agents, as such
materials could damage the appliance.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER.
Remove the plug from the socket before whichever operation.
Caution: The roller is sharp.
To clean the appliance use a piece of cotton cloth moistened with water
or natural soap.
The collection container can be washed in warm water and dishwashing
detergent.
Keep the roller clean. This can be done by simply grating dry bread.
Just place dry bread in the work tray (3) and grate it normally.
Keep the appliance in a dry and clean place.
