Installation & Maintenance
The ARES-1231 is constructed based on modular design to make it easy for users to add
hardware or to maintain the computer. The following section will guide you to disassemble
the computer.
4.1. Disassemble the Computer
Most of the connectors are built on the sides of the computer. To access the internal
components, you need to disassemble the computer as described in this section.
1. Power off your computer and unplug the power cord and any peripherals. Place the
computer on a flat surface. Loosen and remove the 8 screws as shown in the image
below.
Then remove the top cover.
