measure AC voltage and Channel 2 AC current. Returns total volt amps
in the 3-Phase Mode. Replaces Power Quantities with Energy Readings
when a “1” precedes the VAM command.
Response: Numeric ASCII string.

There is one space between Day and Month and another between Month
and Year.
“DSPnnnnnn” refers to Digital Signal Processor firmware
number. “HLP” refers to help ROM date.
