Duress
If you are in duress, you can add 1 to the last digit of your code. This will send a quiet du-
ress alarm to the alarm monitoring station. This alarm will not be visible on the control panel
until you log in with your normal user code.

How to acknowledge a duress alarm:
Since the duress alarm is not visible while the user with duress is logged in, a normal user
code has to log in. Then the duress alarm can be acknowledged the same way any other
alarm is acknowledged.
General information on access codes:
The system uses logical codes, from 1 digit up to 10. The default setup is a minimum of 4
digits. Depending on customer requirements, this can be changed to 6 or 8 digits, which will
increase the security of the code
It is not allowed to start a user code to 0.
There can not be a combination of logical and physical keys.
