Danger from noise
The VECTOPOWER generates noise during operation.
•
If necessary, wear hearing protection when working on or near the VECTOPOWER.

Information on material damage caused by hot surfaces
The housing of the VECTOPOWER can also heat up to 95 °C / 203
°F during operation.
In the HL version (VECTOPOWER VP5000-DC/DC200-HL), the external braking resistor can
heat up during operation.
•
Keep heat-sensitive objects and easily flammable substances at a safe distance.

Carry out the following work at regular intervals. The intervals must be adapted to the conditions
of the area of application.
CAUTION!
Danger from hot surfaces
The housing of the VECTOPOWER can heat up to 95 °C / 203
°F during operation.
In the HL version (VP5000-DC/DC200-HL), the external braking resistor can heat up during
operation.
Touching the hot surfaces will cause burns.
•
Avoid touching the surfaces during operation.
•
Measure the temperature before touching.
