WARNING
The system must be installed in compliance with these document recommendations in
order to ensure a proper functioning.
Each owner can use the rain water fell on his/her soil according to the 641 article of the French Code
Civil. Therefore, each owner can recover and keep this water in tanks in order to water the plants,
clean the car or the floors.

2008 ministerial decree regarding the use and recovery of rain water fulfils the decree
introducing a tax credit on the installations and give details on the authorized installation, use and
upkeep of those equipments.
RECOMMENDATION
The rain water is non-drinkable:
It can’t be used in ways needing drinkable water even if it is filtered. Its use is allowed outside –
watering, filling, car cleaning…- or inside – toilets supplying, floor cleaning, laundry- under conditions.
