Open the brolly and depressing the green button fully, slide the central sliding
handle up the centre pole firmly until it clicks.

Please ensure that the green
button has located correctly before releasing the pressure.
It is advisable that the first time you use the brolly it is pitched at home in
your garden to familiarise yourself with your new purchase.
Take care to find a suitable location in which to pitch your brolly and take
note of the direction of any strong winds. You should take into consideration
factors such as the contours of the ground and that the ground is suitable to
peg down and use storm poles.
An open-fronted brolly needs careful consideration when erecting during
windy conditions. As such it is best positioned with the wind coming from
behind as this greatly increases stability in very high winds.

Standing at the front of the brolly attach two short storm rods (not supplied) on
to the storm caps located at the top of the mini-storm side.
4a.
Place a peg at the base of each storm side and adjust the rod to ensure the
storm side is taut.
4b.
Secure the storm rod in the tube to keep in place.

Now place a peg in each ring at
the rear of the brolly.

Unscrew the centre pole by turning
in an anti-clockwise direction and
attach the blanking cap (supplied) in
its place.
Note:
This brolly can be erected
without the centre pole but we advise
using the centre pole for ease of
use especially in wind.
Note:
We advise pegging the brolly
using all pegging points to hold the
brolly as fast as possible in windy
conditions.
