Installation Instructions
Remove the protective film from the sensor body and magnet and adhere them to the required
area. It is suggested to stick the main body on the fixed surface while the magnet should be
attached to the moving surface. When installing, be sure to align the installation markings on the
main body and magnet. The gap between the two pieces should be less than 22mm when the door
or window is closed.
3.3.
Instruction Manual
Open the app and select the “+" in the upper right corner of the main page. Enter the add
accessory page and select the Door and Window Sensor then follow the instructions on screen.
*If addition fails, move the Hub closer to the product and try again.
Effective distance verification: Press the device reset button. The Hub should play a notification
sound to indicate if the devices are able to communicate effectively.
