Owner Responsibilities
The owner is responsible for ensuring that the device (and equipment) are used
for their intended purpose, for the actions of the employees, for giving instruction
to the employees, and for the operational safety of the equipment. The owner
must understand the safety information for the device and the instructions given
in the operating manual.
Lacking or incomplete training can lead to incorrect operation or improper usage.
This may result in accidents involving serious injury or damage to property,
assets, or the environment.
Always make sure that the device or equipment is not operated, serviced, or used
by personnel who have not been properly trained to do so.
