Drain the oil into a container of suitable

capacity to collect fluids.

DO NOT DISPOSE OF OIL IN THE ENVIRONMENT.
DISPOSE OF ENGINE OIL IN A SEALED CONTAINER AND
TAKE IT TO YOUR SUPPLIER OR TO THE NEAREST USED
OIL COLLECTION CENTRE.

Disassembling the fork

RSV4 1100 FACTORY (OHLINS - ASC)

NOTE

THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONS REFER TO THE OHLINS ELECTRONIC FORKS.

•

Remove the pre-loading tube.

•

Remove the wheel holder shaft (1) and

the sleeve (2).

•

Clamp the sleeve in a vice and, by lev-

ering it alternately at various points,

remove the anti-dust seal (3) from the

sleeve (2).
