Adjust humidistat setting . Check location of humidistat .

Circuit board output

Confirm 24 VAC output from Model 800 FAN PACK terminals during a call for humidity .

Replace fan motor .

Noise

Fan noise

Check for obstructions or damage to fan .

Gurgling

Add a drip tee and trap (PN 4028) to the steam line as close to the Model 800 as 
possible to divert condensation to drain . See 

Figure 5
