Release the lock of both right and left casters.

Check stoppers to see if any item, such as pebble, is stuck inside.
Remove child from the stroller and pull the reclining cord.

Check if any fabric or seat belt is caught.
Before holding, release the lock.

Check if seat belt is caught in the lock.
When the thickness of the tire has reduced to about 5 mm, it should be
