Learn Mode Instructions

The SF900 learn mode is initiated by pushing the learn button on both units
and releasing them.  The power LED’s on both units will start blinking and a
handshaking protocol is initiated.  After a few seconds, the power LEDs will
stop blinking and stay ON.  The data light on each unit will also turn ON
indicating successful pairing operation.
To pair a SF900 switch follower with a SFT900 hand-held remote unit, push
the learn button on the SF900 and the power LED will start blinking.  Then,
in sequence, push 1, 2, 3, 4 on the SFT900.  Two beeps will be heard from
the SFT900.  After a few seconds of handshaking protocol, the power LED
on the SF900 will stop blinking and remain ON and the data LED will light.
A beep will be heard from the SFT900.  Pairing will be complete.
SF900/SF900 Pair Learn Procedure Summary

1.

SF900/SFT900-4 Pair Learn Procedure Summary

1.

Push the LEARN button on the SF900.  The LEARN LED will start
blinking.

2.

On the SFT900-4, in sequence push buttons 1, 2, 3 and 4, holding
the final 4 button down for 2 seconds.  Two Beeps will be heard
from the transmitter.

3.

When the power LED on the SF900 stops blinking and remains ON
and the data LED  lights the pair is successfully programmed.  A
beep will also be heard from the SFT900.

The  SF900  will retain this pairing  memory, even if power is discontinued
from the receiver.
If more than one transmitter is to be used with the SF900 Receiver, the
transmitters must be purchased from the factory with identical address codes.

Latched Mode

When paired with SFT900 transmitters, the J1 Jumper
setting must be set to the L position to allow SW1 to select
channels for the Latched mode.

For any other mode of operation, the J1 jumper should be
set in the T position, the factory default configuration
