Predefined Run Methods
The following run methods are supplied with the Veriti
™
Thermal Cycler and are
stored in the Shared folder. These run methods are based on recommended protocols
from Applied Biosystems and should be considered as starting points for the
different applications. Your results may vary between instrument models, so some
optimization may be needed. Please note that the ramp rates of these methods are
100%.

These run methods cannot be edited or deleted, but if you save them with a different
name or to a different folder, you can edit them.
AmpliCycle
®
Seq Run Method
Use this run method to achieve clean sequence ladders from femtomole quantities of
template. The cycle sequencing process and the benefits of AmpliTaq
®
DNA
Polymerase, CS, are described in the product insert for the AmpliCycle
®
Sequencing
Kit (PN N8080175).
