1. After installing software on laptop or PC this icon will
    appear on the desktop.  Double click the icon to open
    the RAS Admin Screen.

2. Click on the small the computer monitor icon
    located at the top left of the screen.

3. Click on the 

Add

 button to open the 

Add

    Site 

Screen.

4.  Assign a site name (usually the vehicle number)
5.  Enter the DVR’s default IP Address: 192.168.1.129
6.  Unit ID is not required
7.  Enter the default password: 12345678
8.  Confirm the password
9.  Click on the OK button to close the Add Site screen
10.Click the next OK button to close the Setup-Admin screen
